1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GMB QR Pro ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

GMB QR Pro provides a SaaS platform for reputation management, Google review automation via QR codes, and WhatsApp business messaging (OTP, campaigns) using the Meta WhatsApp Business API.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate registration information.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Send spam or unsolicited messages via WhatsApp without recipient consent.
• Violate Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy or any applicable laws.
• Use the platform for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt our platform.
• Resell or sublicense access without authorization.

5. WhatsApp Messaging Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all WhatsApp messages sent through our platform comply with Meta's policies and applicable regulations (including TRAI guidelines in India, GDPR in Europe, and other local laws). You must obtain proper consent from recipients before sending marketing messages.

6. Subscription and Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your billing settings.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GMB QR Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our Service, including any message delivery failures or delays caused by Meta's WhatsApp platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
